A dedicated marked patrol vehicle is a full-time add-on to your on-site security team at large properties such as HOAs, apartment complexes, and shopping centers. Assigned to your site for the shift, it covers a large footprint quickly while your officers keep a constant on-site presence.
Your assigned officer is fully uniformed and stays on your property for the shift — consistent marked-vehicle visibility, gate and perimeter checks, parking enforcement, and immediate incident response, with detailed shift documentation.
We use mobile technology, real-time reporting, and trained supervision so every shift is fully documented. Officers log checkpoints, report incidents with photo documentation, and deliver end-of-shift summaries; supervisors verify coverage and performance for full transparency.
